Terms of Use
Using ConcertGrid means accepting the terms on this page.
What ConcertGrid is
ConcertGrid is an informational site: it lists concerts and the prices at which tickets for them are listed elsewhere. We are not a ticket seller, broker, agent or box office. We hold no tickets, take no payments and are not party to any purchase you make.
Accuracy
Concert data and prices come from third-party marketplace data and are based on the latest information available to us. Events get moved, postponed and cancelled, and listed prices change continuously. We make no warranty that any date, venue, lineup or price on this site is current or correct. Always confirm on the seller’s page before you buy.
Purchases
Tickets are sold by the marketplace you reach through our links, under its terms and conditions. Delivery, refunds, cancellations, fees and disputes are matters between you and that seller. We may earn a commission on such a purchase, as described in our affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
- Use the site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation.
- Do not scrape, crawl at a rate that degrades the service, or copy the catalogue wholesale.
- Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the site or its infrastructure.
Our research figures may be quoted with attribution to ConcertGrid and a link to the page they came from.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, ConcertGrid is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from any transaction with a third-party seller, including a concert that is cancelled, rescheduled or priced differently than shown here.
Changes
These terms may change; the current version is always the one on this page.
